What are the Chicago Bears doing?

The Chicago Bears need to make a few changes on their team to become an even better team than they are now. The changes that the Bears need to make to become a successful football team are these. They need to pick someone up from a different team for the middle linebacker position. Hunter Hillenmeyer is a great outside linebacker, but I do not think he can replace Brian Urlacher at middle linebacker. If they fix this problem, they will be able to limit the yards that the running backs of the opposing team will have in a game, and it will put less pressure on Lance Briggs.
The next problem the Bears have on defense is their secondary. The main problem with the secondary is that they are getting beat by the opposing receivers on pass plays. Another problem, is that they need to start tackling players more on plays in the game and not letting them break tackles for big plays. The Bears should have resigned Mike Brown for another season as the safety because he was the kind of player where he whould hit you once and you would be on the ground. They did not resign him, so they lost a good player on defense that they needed this season.
Some more problems the Bears have are not on defense, but are on offense. The problems on offense are with Ron Turner and his play calling. The problem with his play calling is that he does not let Cutler throw the ball deep as much as he should. If he did this, Cutler would be throwing over three hundred yards every game instead of throwing for one hundred yards. Turner also needs to stop running Matt Forte up the gut and start running him off the tackle more. One more thing Turner needs to do is start calling more screens, and outside runs with Garret Wolf. If the Bears do all this on offense then they will let Cutler throw the ball for more yards and it will let Forte run the ball for more yards, and this will take pressure off the defense.
The Bears need to realize their weaknesses in all of these area and get better so that they can win more games. If they can fix their defense and get it back on track so that it is creating more turnovers and having more three and outs, by getting the offense the ball more it will help them out alot. The Bears have the talent to win the Super Bowl, they just have to use it in football games that they play. This season they look much better then they did last year, and if Cutler keeps managing the football games then the Bears should have high hopes for a Super Bowl win.
